Join our fun, inclusive after school Future Movers sessions, proudly delivered by Oxfordshire RTC!

Thursday After-School

Future Movers is a games-based movement programme that develops the fundamental movement skills every child needs for sport, physical activity and everyday life. Built around the principles of functional movement and physical literacy, each session helps children learn to run, jump, land, balance, throw, catch, dodge, change direction and move with confidence.

Using imaginative games and activities inspired by sports such as football, rugby, handball, basketball and hockey, children develop these essential movement patterns in a fun, engaging and age-appropriate environment. As their confidence and competence grow, so do their coordination, agility, strength, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Our aim is simple: to help every child build the physical foundations to enjoy sport, stay active and develop a lifelong love of movement.

All sessions are led by qualified coaches:

✅ DBS checked
✅ FA qualified
✅ First Aid in Football trained
✅ Safeguarding certified

Build confidence. Develop your skills. Love the game. Get involved and be part of something special!
